4. Payment Terms

The remaining balance payable before the event date unless otherwise agreed
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
5. Cancellation Policy

Performer Cancellation
If a performer becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement performer or band.
